There is not much to say.
It started whit a recognition that thought happens without me doing it, thoughts just appeared, and it happened in something.
A Realization emerge, I must be this space, in which this thought appeared in.
I am, is always the same; it doesn’t matter if it a thought, sensations or feelings, are there or not.
Whenever thoughts appear, is quickly seen that it is just thoughts, and there is no me, owning them .
There are still thoughts, but there is space around them.
A thought is like every other form, and their destiny is to dissolve/come and go.
In this being, there is no room for concepts, beliefs, goals, getting, doing and striving.
The little ME, still tries to take control and start to complain, wanting to change, getting it his way, But he is quickly recognized for what he is….
Just a little thought, nothing more…..
