Problems are created by a believed entity.
If you try to find the identity, you cannot find it.
Where is its location?
Where exactly, is it?
Investigate and see.
This believed entity, fears, tries to resist the situation/what is.
If you see that there is no separate person, there are no problems.
Action happens, but it is done by no one, or the one if you prefer.
